Palm oil is needed in the world as an alternative vegetable oil. Most of developing countries use it as a cooking oil while on the other hand it is used in developed countries as a raw material for any other industries like in pharmaceutical, medical and chemical. Lately, there is a research going on in the hope that may be one day, a gasoline can be replaced by a palm oil bio diesel because cars machine need not to be modified and best of all it decreases pollution.

Oil palm plantation development area consist of different types of goods supplies, building houses, roads and drainage's. This work is executed not only by low level workers but also skilled workers and different types of heavy equipments also take important role in this job. As an illustration, a palm oil division of 700 ha needs 1 field assistant, 3 administrative workers, 4 field foreman and 101 field workers. This division has to have 30 km of roads and 287 km of drainage's of different sizes, 8 permanent houses and 20 barracks.

The existence of this palm oil division indirectly helps the economic growth of near by village. Most of the field workers come from the village. The development of it also stimulates the growth of small business such as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Imagine that these jobs would last for 25 years before the crops have to replanted and many new business will emerge along the way.

GIS Assistant (GIS AST)
Job location: Nagan Raya - Aceh

Responsibilities:
Responsible in the process of mapping and land measurement, surveying, and create a report on the measurement results for later use in the work process Plantation

Requirements:

    * Male
    * Maximum age 35 Years
    * Minimum Education Diploma 1 Department of Geodesy or other majors
    * Having 1-3 years experience as a GIS Assistant
    * Capable of measuring and mapping, surveying, supporting agent for duties related to plantation
    * Diligent, Hard Working, can communicate well, can work together in teams
    * Willing to travel out of town



Assistant Afdelling (ASF)
Job location: Nagan Raya - Aceh

Responsibilities:

    * Assist Assistant Chief in overseeing activities in both plants
    * material usage to achieve production targets

Requirements:

    * Male
    * Maximum age 32 years
    * Minimal D3/S1 Agronomy
    * Minimum 2 years experience in the same position;
    * It has been and is doing a job or land clearing and planting of oil palm plantation with an area> 500 ha per year
    * Can work in teams and is a character field personnel
    * Ever manage nursery areas can be used as value-added


Financial Supervisor
Job location: Nagan Raya - Aceh

Requirements:

    * Male
    * Maximum age 38 Years
    * Minimum education S1 accounting
    * Having 5 years experience, preferably from klpa palm plantation
    * Could create financial statements for the tasks associated with the plantation
    * Honest, thorough and able to work under pressure, Diligent, Hard Working, can communicate well, can work together in teams



Surveyor
Job location: Nagan Raya - Aceh

Responsibilities:

    * Conduct field survey
    * Make a map of the location and contour
    * Creating a project feasibility study

Requirements:

    * Minimal D3
    * Male age 24-29 years
    * Able to use computer applications ms office, civil drawing program (AutoCAD or Visio)
    * Can use GPS and mapping the location of measuring instruments for
    * Willing to travel outside the city


Chief Assistant
Job location: Nagan Raya - Aceh

Responsibilities:

    * Assist Administrator Garden in overseeing the activities in both plants
    * material usage to achieve production targets

Requirements:

    * Male
    * Maximum age 40 years
    * Minimal D3/S1 Agronomy
    * At least 4 years experience in same position
    * It has been and is doing a job or land clearing and planting of oil palm plantation with an area> 1,000 ha per year or a cumulative reach> 1,500 Ha
    * Understanding the plantation operational management and human resources;
    * Can work in teams and are characterized by field personnel
    * Ever manage nursery areas can be used as value-added
